as far as I'm concerned the sooner the better, and we all know he was to blame for the Ramsey debarcle, it was his remit to find the new manager at the time,

Not directly but most foreign clubs have a DOF setup. You really need to get your head into the modern world, there is a huge change happening in football that happened in the business world many years ago called the division of Labour. Look it up, it will help you understand why DOF is an important aspect of the club and the sport.

Nas so blinkered you believe yourself, there are managers who don't like working under a DOF good and bad and still won't so you believe only good managers have to have a DOF?
And our DOF is a novice only ever been a reserve team coach at spurs, and by the way made a big mistake, giving Ramsey the job as proved
