Jimmy Floyd or Pearson. Don't see anyone else that would make me think they could do anything with this lot. Think Pearson would get them organised and get us solid and Jimmy i think would work well with a bit of flair for Fer and Chery but also make us solid as he has done for Burton.

I would not. Don't know the man, but he seems like an aggressive and divisive type. Don't think he is the right fit for us.
