Should we retain Ramsey in another capacity

Given that the consensus is that although a very nice guy he wasn't good enough as first team coach should we retain Ramsey's services in another capacity? Head of youth development? Thoughts

Don't really care. Probably in some youth team capacity, as he is supposed to have a good rep as a coach, not that it has been shown at Qpr.

He will, get a league two managers job and jump at it.

Will be massively undermined throughout the club now IMO. Best for him to move on.

Has to move on, you can't have a former head coach/manager hanging around with the new person in place....oops we have that with Warnock, albeit he left for a while.

We have hired a lot of people lately for the youth set up, I think we should rehire him as head of the youth set up, Norwich did that last season when they moved the youth guy up and it didn't work out.

Position at the club untenable. He will move on.

Cant see it working. hard to take being demoted that far and losing respect from all others around the club. Best to just cut ties i think.

Fantastic 1-2-1 coach by many accounts. Just not suited to management at this level. He genuinely has that "rabbit in headlights" about him.

I think he'll end up at your Crawley Towns of the world before long - because I reckon there may be a performance clause in there in regards to pay-out etc.

He needs to go specsavers a bit sharpish first and get some New Bins so he can actually see what the team is doing on the pitch, stupid comments he comes out with like we performed well most off the season, I wish him luck in the lower leagues where he belongs

He needs a clean break otherwise he'd be seen around the place as the sad old man who flopped as manager.

Decent coach, wouldn't mind him staying on as one.
