He did, but I seem to recall a bad start.

Have him as a coach, no more
            Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
            And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

I was thinking the same. We seem to have some fixation with bringing in former players in some capacity. I still can't work out exactly what Andy Sinton is meant to be doing apart from shaking hands with people in C Club. Don't get me wrong, I think it's good to have people around the club that care but it isn't the be all and end all!

One ex player I would have back is Gareth Ainsworth. Surprised he hasn't been mentioned too much about replacing Ramsey actually. Would be a far better shout than Holloway or Derry!

Derry will end up at Leeds according to a work colleague who is a Leeds nut
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

That'll keep him out of trouble for 2 or 3 months!

Isn't Andy Sinton a club ambassador? Pretty much every club has one and they are ex-players.
