      100% fordy. We need to comply a decent shortlist and really do our homework.

      This season is so important for us moving forward as we all know Sandro, fer, Phillips and Charlie will be off come the summer of we don't go up.

                                              Think warnock should keep it until the end if the season. Why rush this appointment?
                                              There's too much work that needs to be done to get this side pushing for promotion this season.

                                                      If only they had done that in May. We could have had Warburton or Clement and been sitting in the top 2 instead of 13th with a third of the season gone.

                                                          There really isn't mate, five off play offs and dare I say it a good manager could get that squad winning every week.
