  • W/f training ground not in the near future

    That's what I heard today
Spoke to a fella this morning Claims to be privy to LBE plans for the site which are 1st the land fill then the training ground on top of the land fill , he also claims Ealing council approached QPR not QPR approached Ealing for the land .
Ealing get paid for the land fill QPR pay for the landscaping and providing amenities for public use

Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

Sounds like crap as Lister today who works for mayor said mayor won't object or interfere in plans and encourages it

Would suggest things are progressing nicely. Before it was announced few weeks back we had green light someone posted we had pulled out few days before then bang we announce progress. Not sure if some just take stabs in the dark like transfer Itk

Some serious agendas on this forum not sure why but time to back your club instead of looking for opportunities to dig it out at every opportunity

No Westy the deputy mayors backing does'nt make it crapp the fella was saying it will go ahead but after the land fill , there has already been extensive land fill in the area ,
The fella who claims to have seen the plans of Ealing council is leading a campagne against the devopement of 1700 seat school plus other schools on the same road as W/F , I find his claims perfectly reasonable

                  a campagne

There seems to be tons of rows going on in Borough of Ealing about landfill sites all over the last few months why has it all of a sudden become such a big topic in Ealing??

There is a large field between the m4 and W/F that has been used for landfill , on the canal side there has also been thousnda of tons of landfill so you could say Ealing are no strangers to landfill , there would be nothing wrong with the Traning ground being built over landfill the field next to W/F has excellent drainage , it would just take longer we will see in due course tho

Lest we forget that our esteemed Hitman was banned from QPR Report (for being 'over-opinionated' shall we say) before finding a new home over here on WATRB and being so warmly welcomed by us
