        Huge step up in leagues. Bit harsh that last line, if Ramsey started Gladwin in our next game (theoretically obviously) he would be castigated and told he doesn't know what he's doing picking him. Let him go back to Swindon and keep
        His match sharpness up.

        As far as the posh chairmans comments go, we DO have a hell of a midfield. Phillips Luongo Sandro Fer Chrry? Gladwin is not getting near them.

                I don't think its about how we play him but I just think he needs a bit more time to get his feet in the lower level before this move. With Luongo he had already played this level so was ready. Gladwin just needs longer in the first team and we can't guarantee that.
