I never said there was. I said that IF we get promoted, he will stay...which he will. We would effectively be in the same position as we were when he originally signed (newly promoted PL side), so I see no reason why he would want to leave.Originally posted by Ginger Ninja View PostThere's no guarantee of that at all.

BOOM Entry point!!Originally posted by West Acton View PostAgree to disagree mate as (I cant believe I am saying this) his stats were very good
With us, he completed on average 2.3 dribbles per game which is mightily impressive, scored 6 goals and got 2 assists which again, is quite good for 17 games worth of football. The reason I think he only had 2 assists is because austin was mostly out injured when he played if im not mistaken. He also played a key pass every game and had a ridiculous 90% pass success rate, attempting on average 38 passes per game. Over 17 games he had a 7.18 rating which I'd say is very good in a team that struggled for goals without their main striker."What stats allow you to do is not take things at face value. The idea that I trust my eyes more than the stats, I just don't buy that because I've seen magicians pull rabbits out of hats and I know I just know that rabbit's not in there." - Billy Beane
