Joint worst defense

We have the worst defense in the division with Rotherham....conceding 17 goals! What kind of defenders do we have? Do our players just stand there, looking at the opponents. Fulham opened our defense on more then one occasion and we should count ourselves lucky not to loose with a heavier score. This game must be the signal that something must done quickly, before its too late.

This was one of the most embarrassing games I have to witness the R's play in. Just disgusting.

What do we do to turn our defense around? Thought we had recruited a new and promising nucleus. Can it just be we need a defensive mastermind to coach these players, or just start over again?
