    Venables, look what he achieved after he left , Gregory new what sort of manager he would become thats why he wanted him in the board room as well.

        Sexton, Venables and G.Francis (1st time).

        If the latter had not been forced out, there is a good chance that QPR would have stayed in the Prem and have gone on to grow as a club.

        Who knows, Abramovitch might have bought QPR instead of Chelsea. In the early - mid 90s QPR were often London's top placed club and with the right investment could now be where Chelsea are.

          I was too young to be affected by managers in the 70s leaving.
          Since then I would say Venables (especiallyas he had said that he wouldn't go to Spurs so it looked like he was staying and then he went to Barca instead!)
          Ollie - because it looked like he was stitched up.
          De Canio - becuase he had us playing exciting football for the first time in a long while.

            Ian Holloway is a fantastic man, really bought some pride back into supporting Queens Park Rangers fc.
