Do new signings equate to formation change?

With the recent additions could Ramsey be considering a formation change to a 3-5-2? When the dust settles and the best team surfaces I could see the following:

    Green

    Onuha Angella Hall

    Phillips Chery

    Sandro

    Loungo Tozer

    Fer

    Austin

Pretty good team with potential for interchanging between Fer, Phillips, Chery. Coming of the bench you'd have JET, Young, Kpewka, Faurlin and Henry that would fit the system nicely.

    Thoughts?

    maybe 0-10-0?

Philips and Chery as wingbacks? Insanity.

Nope. I believe CR and LF are trying to implement a style of play into the club that will filter down to all levels, much like the Spanish system. This means youngsters coming up into the first team will automatically know the system and their role.

New players will be bought to fit our system rather then changing to fit theirs which is the way forward.

yes we would have to win every game 6-5 with that line up!

I thought Phillips and Chery had both played some wing back. If no, then a pretty big gamble defensively so maybe not the right formation.
