How do I cancel QPR Player?

hello guys, i have been trying to unsubscribe to the qpr player, but i am having some difficulties.

the player help says to "press the unsubscribe button" on the 'my account' tab, but this option simply doesn't exist.

has someone ever had this problem? am i being plain stupid?

I had the same trouble couple of years ago. I just cancelled the direct debit in the end.

Still think it's crazy QPR have the poor website that they have. I haven't been on that rubbish for at least a year now

just an update: i sent an email to player.support@streamamg.com

it took two days for them to reply it, but i got an email today saying that they cancelled my subscription.
tbf they did it without asking silly questions or trying to keep me as a member.

It is still a shame though that they removed the 'unsubscribe' option from the website and that you have to contact them in order to cancel a subscription.

To be fair, its not just QPR Player that do this, there's lots of places that operate in a similar way. The idea is that its not straight forward to cancel so you have to actually make some effort to do so. More often than not people will not make the effort because they can't be bothered and the companies then carry on making their money.

More often than not people will not make the effort because they can't be bothered and the companies then carry on making their money.

Could you imagine if we had a 'Delete My Acccount' button on here - Ted would be left talking to himself.
I believe most companies do this so they don't lose subscribers in a fit of madness. By sending email and waiting 2 days, gives you time to cool off/reflect.
