I don't mean just this game, I mean performances in general and just looking at the squad overall

It is a new policy marc and I agree with it. As we have seen, when you bring in players who have played for bigger clubs, they are just coming here for the money and will not give you 100%. We are QPR not Man United so we need to find hungry players who want to play for the hoops because it is a step forward in their careers and I think we have achieved that with the acquisitions we have made so far. Onwards and upwards!
