Why would you prefer Bentley hits ? Smithies has played at a higher level for most of his career played more games , to me they seem to fit the bill you aint going to get the cream for what we want to pay

seen a few games with smithes, admittedly on the box. the guy does not fill me with hope. weak at crosses and slow getting down to low shots.

not seen bentley but gaining 3 awards plus having 22 clean sheets in 44 games along with the likes of bigger clubs scouting him, i would take a punt.

apart from us, who else is interested in smithies... kinda says it all.
