I have to defend the OP here, as a season ticket holder since the league one days, I have bet against qpr a few times. Money is money, and at the end of the day you know your team better than any other so why not use that information if you are a betting man whether backing for or against us.

I admit I had a nibble on wolves too (and charlton first game of season), I would rather lose money and qpr win ofcourse, but with betting if you believe that there is value you have to go for it.

Looking back at the goals, the last two goals I would expect a sunday league goalkeeper to save, so we were lucky in that respect

I had a score on that, and cashed out on 90 mins at 33's. Also was probably the only poster here, that had a fifty on Ramsey being our number one too at 9's, and cashed out at 6's. I backed him on a Betfair technicality that after 10 games, a caretaker manager is classed as the winner, and also the fact that the front runners, Clemence and Laudrup wouldn't leave their clubs mid-season. Were there no other bets you could have done? Your knowledge of QPR is obviously extremely suspect.

Sorry, but IMO betting against your own team is all wrong and I'm glad you lost your money.

I backed Valencia to win on another bet that night, I bet when I see value in a price and think that price meets my risk reward ratio whether thats one bet or 10 it doesnt matter.

A strong wolves side priced at 2.10 at home against a team with an unproven manager where numerous players are still gelling into the team and who are also mostly poor away was good value, no regrets from me.

Lets be honest, if wolves goalkeeper didnt produce one of the worst goalkeeping displays ive seen in a long time it would have been a great bet, these things happen in football and im glad we won.

Lets hope we push on now, i do fear that it wont... last year Ramsey had a habit of getting the big away win when least suspected and most doubted (sunderland, west brom), then we tend to go back to our usual dire performances

Last season I won plenty more than I lost and at times backing us to lose in acca's mainly not because I wanted us to lose but because we were sh.ite and yes we did very well last night but under CR i am still a doubter, I've watched QPR since the old Div 3 so I have seen a few good R's teams and some not so good ones too.
