    The one manager we've had that could make a silk purse, out of........
    Got the best out of Hill, Derry, Kenny, Mackie, and the only manager to get Taarbs to play.
    Knows the Championship, gives everyone a job to do and comes down on them like a ton of bricks if they don't do it.
    Instills passion and fight into his teams and demands results.........Sorry Hits!

                                          still dont know why Warnock was sacked....

                                          It shocked me then and still does. If he's available at Xmas and Ramsey is not delivering hope we get him in. Although I've a feeling the owners really don't want promotion this season, just survival in the Championship.

                                              Id have him back in a shot . Proper manager who's assembled the best team we've had in years . Understand why he was sacked as we were on a downward slump but in hindsight it was criminal

                                                  I can still see Ramsey at the club at the end of the season even if we are bottom six. TF has bought into the Les & Chris combo. Bloke never learns.
