Football want great today but we was 2 mins from all being happy and we could and should of scored more than we did.

Cardiff are a decent outfit with a settled team. Reckon today's point feels worst due to the 90th minute but also we never should of lost to charlton.

We need to give it 10 or 12 games time when the team should of settled and Ramsey has brought in the players he wants before we judge. We got players playing who don't know where there going to be and we still need to add. We won't see the real QPR until October time imo. That's when I'll start to judge.

Running the club on a financial basis...megabucks for the EPL and buttons for the Championship shows a true lack of leadership and certainly no fundamental strategic plan to make QPR into a consistently competitive Premier League influence.

We are a club suffering from personality cult, each separate from the next. What are our goals? What is the timeframe and what is the plan?

We have nothing concrete upon which to judge progress.
