We all want to win, but this season is more important in terms of developing an attitude on this team that we're all-in, full-out, each and every game -- something we haven't seen from QPR in years. The coaches and the players have to reflect that idea -- if not, they must be replaced, time and again if necessary, til we find it.

Building a new philosophy of how we should play; putting in the side players from the lower divisions; giving a chance to some of our youth....will take time. And one game to judge is surely not the right conclusion.

Wait tel next week and the next few matches this will tell how good the team is. Let's hope we do not struggle or we could find ourselves in a big hole. I know it is only one match but it was not good.
