    the problems we face

Old Tony goes from one extreme to the other overspending to completely underspending! Not cut out to be a football chairman if I'm honest why can they just find a balance of BUYING WELL! We will struggle! Before I get jumped on this is my first negative post! Lowdown below of the squad!

    Green good
    Perch good
    Furlong weak
    Onuoha good
    Hill far to old
    Traore off?
    Yun injury prone
Robinson will we ever see him
    Grant non entity

    Gobern non entity
Faurlin good but will break down
Diakite madman but not in plans
    Luongo good but young
    Gladwin good but young
    Phillips off?
    Fer off?
Sandro will we see him again?
    Henry experienced that's it
Chery good but will someone so small hack physicality
    Hoilett rubbish
Doughty no experience doesn't stand out

    Austin off?
Polter pure targetman no experience of England
    Cox no experience
    Mackie good but not prolific
    Jet potential never prolific

See where I'm coming from if three players above leave where is the quality and goals to survive? Even with Austin staying yet again no pace up top and no decent center half back up

You've put a negative comment next to every player in our current squad... i give up FFS.

You quite clearly are one of the fans that hasn't got a fvcking scooby what is being done at the club.
I knew this would happen, we cry out for younger players and developing players for 3 seasons, it happens and you get moaning about it.

Its where we are at as a club at the moment, its a new approach for the umpteenth time.
We wont go down to League 1 but if we do then so be it, we stick to our guns and our new philosophy. I would rather this then spending extortionate fees for average players.

We splash the cash, it doesnt work out, there is moaning and clamouring for things to change.
Those changes happen, exactly as we should have been doing all along, and people still moan.

Not all negative no! Austin goes where the goals come from? It just reminds me of the time under waddock. Out of that squad you have around 8 gambles as to whether they will be good enough of not that is far too many! You risk going doing then you may as well chuck stadium plans out the window because you will not fill a quarter of it below championship level

Maybe we are overendowed with compulsive moaners at WATRB, but TBF they seem to be everywhere

If rangers go down ill build the new stadium from start to finish on my own with my bare hands.
Please dont say that, its a thousand to one shot a club with the players we have would go down, that is as ridiculous as saying man united or arsenal will go down from the prem, exactly the same actually in my eyes.

I dare say Wolves also thought they had a team too good to go down as did Wigan.

Cant compare them with us in any way whatsoever, we have dropped down (again) but rebuilt and not sold anyone yet. Apart from a keeper who never ever played.

I guess the goals will have to come from midfield, i.e. Cherry Luongo Gladwin Phillips and Fer (if they stay). Mackie Polter and JET will chip in with 3-5 goals each.

Like it or not, we should accept that this season is not about winning promotion, but instead one of consolidation and adapting to our new level. A bit like Ipswich, Blackburn, Forest, Birmingham, Sheffield Weds etc. Even Middlesboro spent a number of seasons just being a mid table outfit with little or no ambition of getting back up (until the last 2 seasons or so).

If the new striker and centre back are of good quality then that's a very good strongest 11
