If Jaaskelainen has looked after himself there is no reason why we shouldn't consider him as a backup to Greeno for a season. Brad Freidel only left Spurs a few months ago and he's 44. If a keeper still has his reactions there is no reason he shouldn't be able to play on into his 40's!

If Jaaskelainen has looked after himself there is no reason why we shouldn't consider him as a backup to Greeno for a season. Brad Freidel only left Spurs a few months ago and he's 44. If a keeper still has his reactions there is no reason he shouldn't be able to play on into his 40's!

Mark Schwarzer 40 recently at the champions, Shay Given FA Cup Final last year!!! an old keeper is actually one area of the pitch an oldie would not bother me as long as their agile still. rather have an experienced keeper that can take a catch and command his area then a rookie who is a calamity
