I don't think it matters all that much the players we have. We need to hit the ground running.

Last time our squad was useless and Austin didnt score for about 6 games and yet we were unbeaten for 9 or 10 I think?

Those added to the ones already gone would leave QPR needing almost a whole new team. Some posters on here also want Caulker and Sandro sold which would mean the following 11 1st team regulars from last season leaving.

Trying to replace a new team and getting them to gel quickly will be a very tall order.
If they do that QPR will almost certainly struggle for any form and consistency. Although I guess bad form and losing counts as being consistent.

Also given that the 3 above plus Caulker and Sandro are still at QPR it means any replacements are unlikely to join in time to have reasonable time to adapt and get used to their new teammates. At best some might get to play 1 or 2 pre season games. It will be a repeat of the shambles of 2012/13 under Hughes when all we heard was they need time to gel hence going the 15 games without a win.
