"Former England under-19 international had been linked with Coventry City, Crewe Alexandra and Walsall.

Signed from Southampton for a tribunal-fixed £275,000 in 2011, the Birmingham-born former Aston Villa youth player made 79 Town appearances.

He has had an injury-plagued couple of seasons, and was loaned to Chesterfield last October, but made an impact at Town during the closing stages of the campaign."

Wanted by Crewe, Coventry and Walsall and had injuries last couple of season. What a coup if we can get him!!!

At the same time we need to be building a Championship squad for the new season.. Not a development squad full of kids who we dont know are good enough to make the grade just yet.

Dont expect us to be pushing for play-offs next season.
And that shouldn't really be a surprise.

Petrasso is the only one im baffled about at this stage.. I think we've all been waiting to see what the fuss is about with him after he extended his contract and plays for Canada under 20's.

one thing coating off players when they've played, but jeez, some players are being slaughtered and haven't put the half-hoop jersey on yet
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

As I've said before Bolasie was discarded by Bristol City and look how he turned out. Will these 2 on trial turn out like that? Highly unlikely but Palace fans tell me (I live near there so know a few) that Bristol City fans were going on their forums saying how crap he was. A change of scenery helps some players ie M'Bia for me was awful but obviously if you ask a Sevilla fan I'm sure they will love him.

Also Delaney as all the Palace fans I know love him an opinion not shared amongst QPR fans.

To some it will be Croydon.. A lot of people still think we will be pushing play-offs next season - Not in a million Sundays for me.

Rated both those players, and could see Delaney was CB all along.

I would be very disappointed if we weren't.

Personally I thought Delaney got more stick than he deserved but must admit I wasn't a fan of M'Bia at all.

                              Really?.... Why is that?

Massive turn over of players.. tight budget.. changed philosophy with youngsters...

Yep and why do you think that is?...

Id rather take the opinion of those who see them train every day, who think they're not good enough rather than that of fans who go by "well they're our youth players so they must be good enough".
