Both decent back-ups but it could end in tears going into the season without an experienced right back in the squad.
Thats a fair point Tarbs. Neither are good enough to be 1st choice (IMO) but neither will want to be 3rd choice either. I hope Harriman proves me wrong as he has had quite a bit 1st team experience elsewhere so maybe deserves a chance

Obviously never seen him play then.

Apart from Ray Jones and Raheem Sterling, QPR have not produced any young players good enough for regular 1st team football since Chris Wright scrapped the youth system at the club in the late 90s.

This is why I am so sceptical about any of the current crop being good enough. So to go into this season hoping that Harriman and Furlong will be good enough imo is a huge gamble.

They might be more than competent, but I guess given that Ramsey's remit for this season seems to be stability and to develop young players, it won't be a very big issue if they are not, as long as QPR are not in a relegation battle.
