That's a lot of money to play with in building a new squad.
why would you sell those so cheaply?
Austin - £15M minimum
Phillips - 2 years left on his contract and is better than when QPR paid 5M for him, so £8M then start talking.
Sandro - £6m or whatever it was that QPR paid for him.
Fer - £8m
= £37million which buys more

If they sold them, for anywhere between £25-35m, and more of Caulker is sold, they would still only look to spend about £13-15m on rebuilding in the summer - £4m of which has already been spent on the Swindon duo.
