i could see his heart wasn't in it last season he missed loads of games, he never seemed to ever get up for it even when we won . he's 14 and has now got himself a young richard

Sounds like a sensible lad to me. Getting out now whilst he is still young enough to do so thus saving on years snd years of disappointment.
