I agree about Caulker, unless getting close to £8M id say keep him. Same gors for Fer.
If no acceptable fee, id keep him or loan him out if he has a good season there is a chance of getting a bid in january or next summer that is close to whst QPR paid for him.

Just can`t see him rolling his sleeves up and battling in a long, dirty, hard Championship season.
Just seems a bit lazy to me and lets others do the donkey work.
I do quite like him but just think he was the wrong sort of player signed at the wrong time so I won`t be too bothered if he goes elsewhere.

Fair enough. But if he is playing behind the striker then we can afford to carry him defensively, like if we sign Ravel Morrison. I can't see Morrison contributing too much defensively

Has there been any interest in Fer so far.

I know what you mean but when we did play him behind the striker he was pretty useless (Sheff Utd I think) 1 game doesn`t tell everything I know but i`d
prefer Ravel back in that position to be honest and i`m not his biggest fan either.

He played there against Sunderland away and had his best game for us. Then in true Rangers style got bad injury in the second half so weren't really able to see if he could develop playing there.

He is a great talent and goes past people for fun, but his head needs to be right and if he doesn't want to be here then we should cash in.

"I stand corrected" said the man in the ortopaedic shoes (Dan).
He was cracking in that game. I don`t question his ability, just his work ethic, but as suggested played in the right position he wouldn`t really need to track back.
OK maybe we should keep Fer...

We should bit off anyone's hand who offers anything over £6M for Caulker but not sure we'll get that, as for Fer no way he's staying going back to Prem or descent club in Europe hopefully we can get most of the £8M he cost back? as someone stated Euro's next year he'll want to be play in the top flight somewere.

Says in the paper today that wba have enquired about caulker as well as phillips. My guess is they will go to them for 12 million, and austin will go to west ham for 15 million.

JET is the replacement for Fer. Very similar players, even both left footed. Caulker I think will stay.

Don't dispute Jet is a replacement for fer but fer is predominantly right footed

Would you be happy with £12 mill for those 2 Kev?
