Think the normal fine is £10K per illegal that's been employed. No way Home Office can stop us employing a non-EU person..... I suspect the alleged ban relates more to stopping us using whatever special fast-track self-monitored process that allows clubs or businesses to hire folks quickly. We probably would have to go down their normal bureaucratic and paperwork heavy route that plebs have to use now. Even then, I suspect Home Office would prefer us to use their expensive fast track process so I just can't see this "ban" being real or long lasting.

Poor admin on both player and club parts but knowing how long it takes HMRC to do anything I wouldn't be surprised that this isn't resolved easily.

Of all the illegals in Shepherd's Bush they had to pick one who plays for us
I should probably write something insightful here

QPR's Brazilian midfielder Sandro did not have a work permit last season although the club deny he has been deported.

BBC makes it sound like nothing was wrong and that we took proper cautious measures not to play him at Man City?

It really is laughable if proven true? Aren't these permits being monitored to see if players are compliant with British law? This seems like an intern's job?

Is he not entitled to assume people have done their jobs? Ridiculous to suggest a DOF should be checking peoples passports etc.

So assuming that the sun is right, and that is a big assumption, that would put us out of the running for Kamil Wilczek?

The poor woman maybe past retirement age but that is no reason to suggest she is incontinent...
