Over time I suspect TF will be replaced, his heart and money are in the right place but rules by emotion and that has done us harm, lessons appear to have been learnt!
    Kept the faith!

So what do we know about this guy in the football context?
TF seemed so competent when he was talking about football
before acquiring QPR and look how it has all fizzled out.

        I had a feeling this was coming…

When he brought his financial man in you could see the writing was on the wall, think this means Fernandes has stepped a side, just not officially… Haven't heard much from the king of tweets in a while

2 people in this role doesn't really work, I would expect 1 to step aside before the season is over, if not sooner.

There's no change really as he has been doing this role day to day for the last few seasons anyway , while TF is away he is at HQ all the time, same job different title that's all.

So logically our failure to strengthen the team and sack Redknapp in January, resulting in assured relegation, was the fault of Gnanalingam. That bodes well for the future, what an underwhelming appointment this is.

                  Depends where you live mate.
For all we know there might be a herring storm pouring down in the Baltic right now

Well, this appointment certainly is a red herring for TF.

Lord are you a negative poster, too many dark nights in the Baltic's. You cant run a club on the other side of the world in terms of day to day decisions. He is being given the position to act on the ground to what he sees and act with Chairman's authority. Its a about time this happened and it is a result of what he has seen since arriving. For the avoidance of all doubt this is a positive post.

Well it sort of worked for West Ham for many years now.
