    EXCLUSIVE: Adel Taarabt will end his rollercoaster six-year spell at Queens Park Rangers on Thursday when he finally leaves Loftus Road to join Portuguese champions Benfica.



    Queens Park Rangers star Adel Taarabt will sign for Benfica on Thursday
    Taarabt moves to Lisbon on a permanent deal, leaving the relegated club
    He was released by QPR as revamp their squad for the Championship
    The 26-year-old has seen his appearances limited at Loftus Road this year

                  i think that list only covered players whose contracts were coming to an end on 30 june... fairly sure that it'll be announced that fatty will be on his way before too long.

                                  About time we close this book. Fond memories but has been a drain on resources and waste of time for a couple years now.

                                                  If hes gone we wont have got a fee for him but its fine cos his wages were a massive burden. Thankyou Adel for 2010/11 was a great season but thats about it

                                                      Sad, but he's done here. I hope he gets his head right at Benfica, because I love watching him play football when he's happy.

                                                      Too many people in his ears about his next big move for him to ever settle anywhere I fear....
