I don't see anywhere in that article where it has direct quotes from Ramsey saying he wants 8 more. The "8 more signings" bit comes from the writer of the article.

The only thing Ramsey does say that's even close to that is that he wants to make some signings before they go back to training on the 29th, but not 8 more players

Hopes to sign, and also quoted as saying would like to get MOST in by the time pre season starts. That would be the same for every pro club up and down the country, but it aint going to happen. As long as fans don't see this as a failure that's fine, Players don't always want to come, agents dig there heels in so i would be gob smacked if we got another 3/4 in by then to be honest.

His 'wish' for them all to be in by the end of June, is in an ideal world.

Tbh some of the reaction on here is stupid. It's the 11th June we still have plenty of time to do business. I expect a couple of deals are being done at the moment.
The clubs learning it's lessons and our transfer business is being done behind closed doors. We just need to calm down and get use to the new way of QPR handling themselves.
