for us old uns, 66-67, for a 10 year old it was magical
I must away now, I can no longer tarry
This morning's tempest I have to cross
I must be guided without a stumble
Into the arms I love the most

yes good viewing. Went to the final with my Dad (God Bless) and my mate, who sits with me in the SA stand nigh on 50 years on. Last year 5 of us went to Wembley (all childhood friends)

Not old enough to remember 75 or 82 so its warnock 2011 for me. Early 90's were amazing football wise but for me the buzz of the crowd that season Adel went mad will always live with me.

This is true but that aside we were sublime

Still hate Wolves with a passion, those mickey mousers must of bribed them
I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles

My thoughts too (see post no.6 on first page of this thread). Those were the good old days when football was for the working class. Not spoilt by money and greed.Even the England's World Cup team of that year had to look for full time work when they hung up their boots. What a difference 50"years has made.

England won the World Cup in '66,can you imagine the rewards that present day WC winning Teams get by comparison?

Loved the warnock season but the 2003/04 season was quality. Don't think we lost at home all season?

03/04 where we were unbeaten at home. 10/11 for the genius of Taarabt and Routledge.

Yes for me too but as a 11 year old too young to appreciate the passion then so mine is the 75/76
