no this is the actual site for this year. i would think prices / availability to be inserted at the last minute.

Having had a good nose around the site, it seems it's a test site for if we had stayed in the Prem. For a start, the site is actually unfinished, for example the links to express interest in the 15/16 kit and Memberships don't work properly and it declares you get 23 home games as part of the Season Ticket, which is obviously for the Premier League and not Championship.
