I agree, it's not gonna change and with that in mind i will support the team as normal. However it doesn't change my view that he shouldn't have been appointed or that i dont think hes up to the job. All i was doing is pointing out the negatives when i was asked what i thought they were.
I took exception to the fact that i was inadvertently put in the unreasonable bracket because i don't think i am.

I judge pulis and Sherwood on the squads they inherited and how they turned the fortunes of both clubs around. I admire pardews work at Newcastle because of how badly the team fell apart without him. The only thing I can say about ramsey is that our form didn't change with him in charge, which isn't suprising considering he is a youth team manager.
I think he might be what's best for us in the long run as far as revamping a squad, but I find it ironic that Tony Fernandes calls him a dream manager when Tony's dreams and aspirations of this club will not be met in the foreseeable future by CR.
I think this is the beginning of the end for TF. After our third year in the championship he will have had enough and will call it quits.

As has been mentioned earlier, it's the 3 year contract that annoys me. Fine, promote from within and give a guy a chance. But if we are giving someone a chance who has no experience at this level at would no other opportunities, don't offer him a 3 year contract! Offer 1 or at most 2 years. He should be bloody grateful to have a 1 year contract as manager of QPR. If he does well extend it.

For me it's a positive thing, and points at the plan being put in place for the club as a whole being a long-term one.

The future success of the plan and the club is not going to based on one year.

Nope it is his team thats the point when you take over any job to say its not my team fault etc is rubbish they are supposed proffeaional players

I am not with or against him but remember:
1. Those were not his players
2. We had players based on failed 3-5-2 tactics
3. Most of the players are out of contract so they didn't give a $hit on the last day of the season.

Give him pre-season and let him buy his players and If he fails, sack him during Nov-Dec.

Just because he's media friendly and not a prick in the public eyes doesn't mean he's like that behind closed doors. It's another assumption our fans just decided to make without any evidence what so ever. Seems like people are just trying to dig up whatever rubbish they can.

I'm Not a Ramsey fan I'd rather him not been given the job, let alone a 3 year contract? I think he's out of his depth, some of his team selection and substitution have been awful, but one thing that will get me on side is if he can get rid of Adel,SWP, Hoillett, and the rest of the dead wood,Zamora,Ferdinand, before the start of the season, I'll have something good to say about him! But I will always support the team
