  • Is Steve Black still at/with QPR ?

    Can't find any recent information.
    Assume he is gone/going now?
Banning people is no longer my hobby,
but take a look at my photo blog:

How and why did I start supporting QPR in Estonia:

Anyone? Surely this amazing QPR motivator did not just pass into oblivion?

I can anly assume that he needs to find new motivation from somewhere unknown, if the club wants him to stay on..

In fairness to Steve Black he can do nothing unless the players meet him half way. If somebody can't be bothered no amount of cajoling and encouragement is going to motivate them. With a better crop of younger keen and ambitious players that hopefully will be coming our way I fully expect him to have more success that heretofore.

So who's fault was it the players lacked enthusiasm/backbone?

Worked to be fair, you need that sort of motivation in that league. The prem on the other hand is more about quality imo.

Individual players in my book. Only so much a manager can do and so much slack that can be offered before you undermine your position. If we use Warnock and Adel as an example its clear players were starting to get fed up of him bending over for him

Taught the players how to be winners through the power of positive thought and brain conditioning.

He ended up owing us money.
