        Thing is these players could hardly be called "hungry". They had all experienced prem football the season before and were probably being paid quite well. The club needs to put more effort into its research of players, their personalities, mental strength etc. like the more up to date clubs.

                    I knew you meant that mate. As i said earlier more needs to be done by the club at researching players mentality, strengths, personality etc. Other clubs have been doing it for years. Although I would prefer a transfer policy that prioritises younger players as IMO there are more positives with such a transfer policy.

                        And McCarthy. Could end up being a great signing and imo should be no1 next season.... Also Isla and Vargas on Loan, 2 good little players.

                        Best transfer window we've had in years. Reckon had this team been managed correctly all season we'd have stayed up comfortably and Isla and Vargas would also be here next season as permanent rangers players.
