This is where we need to be ruthless. We can't sell or release every player and someone like Phillips should be one of the players we should be looking to keep as a key player next year.

However saying that we of course should have a value on his head where would sell and we should set the teams that might be interested a time frame of which they have to match our value or miss out all together. We need to be more shrewd.

On his current form he's worth more than 7mill - 10 mill plus before mid July and we sell anything less then sorry keep him for a year and sell next year if we haven't gone up.

Like mentioned a few times we dont have to sell any of our main players (Austin, Fer, Phillip) because sill under contract. But I do think money talks and they'll be gone... unfortunately!!

Strange one is Rhodes, cos hes never asked to leave. Also he scores so regularly but also gets dropped regularly as well. Very strange one.

To be honest there's not a lot of loyalty in football and in his case I think he's spent to much time out of the picture to show us much loyalty ,
yes he's one of our better players but you don't have to be that good to be one of our better players , anything over 7m we've got to take
