I think he should stay and be given a chance. I hate Allerdyce. He has more excuses than Harry Redknapp. As much as I love QPR, I would find it difficult to support them if Allerdyce was in charge.

Stick with him no matter what division. He's got the team playing, committed, organised and creating chances. Had some great results away and deserved better against good sides at home. He's done very well IMO and on occasions been let down by stupid mistakes from players at bad times.
He is clearly tactically savvy also and isn't afraid to mix formations if needed and subs are generally good ones at the right times.Comment

Also all this talk about Allardyce is so misguided. He plays rubbish football, which may get points to survive n the prem, but IMO he wouldn't get a team promoted from the championship, which requires a bit more class as its really tough.
Look at McClaren and Derby.... Most thought certs for top 2 now could miss playoffs altogether. On that note, if Tony wants to change manager I would try to lure Mc if they didn't go up. I guess that all depends on your view on Redknapp. Personally, 1 FA Cup and a Play-off Final win in 35 years doesn't equate to a top manager in my view. Besides, if the club really are committed to finally giving youth a chance, what better start for them than to work with a youth coach with PL managerial experience? He will be able to give some insight into the professional game at a very high level, the players will respond to a coach who has worked his way up from youth to senior football (as they will also aspire to), Ramsey won't have to deal with the stress of managing a PL / Championship football club, and the club will have a coach with real talent, who has trained youth players for most of his career. Everyone's a winner.Comment

Stick, I won decent money at 7's on him being our next manager too, under Betfair rules. Another thing about Ramsey, he protects his players. Nearly took the interviewers head off when asked about Green's mis-kick. Sherwood's the opposite, slagged Sandro in public last year, and walked into Villa slagging their team off.Comment

Unless we have a top appointment lined up stick with him. Palace aside performances have been much improved and players look more committed.
We are a little loose at the back and, Austin aside, not clinical enough going forwards but not far off being a decent side. Don't want another high profile appointment along lines of Redknapp and Hughes. Particularly if we go down hunger and drive will be paramount and Ramsey seems able to instill these plus has a reputation of developing players so if we bring in players from League One and Championship could be ideal for us.Comment

Redknapp was in charge for Swansea...
Personally I think stick with Ramsey. Players are clearly giving their maximum effort for him and he's got us playing a lot better.
Just hope he knows what to do in the transfer market....although he cant do any worse than Hughes or Redknapp!Comment

The 1 thing Ramseys done that HR failed to do is get the best out of each player. And doing that of course comes better performances. Also I like the way Ramsey play's. Use the wings and in general attacking football. Theres no doubt our performances have been better since he's come in.... But the 1 stand out reason I didnt want him here full time was his substitution choices. Thought he made a few clangers at the begging. But in all honesty I think he's learnt how to read the game better and corrected that issue. Imo he got us that point at Villa and 'he' was unlucky not to get us 3 points (through no fault of his). So 'at the moment' I'd stay stick!.. think he's good for the club, players and youth system.

Cant answer the poll I'm afraid. I want him to stay whether we go down or not, but not as manager, I'd bring someone else in and put CR back in charge of Youth development which is his forte.
.........Saying that, I am warming to him, and if he keeps us up will probably deserve a crack at the top job.Comment
