extremley difficult choice between mark warburtan and sam alladice

sam allardice brought west ham up and kept them up

mark warburtan is a complete package,he wants to spend time bringing the youth through, which could be a terrible risk he may spend 4 years building
a promotion team only to see all his dreams get destroyed

im incapable of knowing which one of these is tonies dream manager, but it looks like its going to be mark warburtan because his whole staff have given notice to
    to quit in the summer

i just cant believe how so many top managers get teams promoted only to see them slaughterd in the prem that the importance of maybe getting alladyce

if it was between these two who would you chose

        well

well not rreally another redknapp because harry boy plays the worst ever football to watch its a kind of I KNOW LETS JUST WAIT IN OUR OWN HALF AND GET SLAUGHTERD BUT WE MAY WIN IF WE GET A BREAK AWAY GOAL

where as alladyce is blood and thunder attack, much more fun to watch while treams get put on the rack for long periods of time

i think redknapp played the most boring football ive ever seen in 55 seasons of watching qpr

dont for get he was given loads of money to spend unlike poor warnock who wasnt even allowed to buy routledge because he would cost two million pounds
so an allardyce with 25 million to spend on players could be a very venemous manager, and his appointment would make us favourite

I would like Warburton in some capacity.

Warburton. Sam as many said is heading in the direction of Harry Redknapp.

I am willing to stay 3-4 years in the Championship If it means getting things right: building the right set up for the academy, develop the young players and have state of the art facilities.

Personally, I'd take either. Both will have different visions for the football club - Big Sam would be looking for promotion within the next season or two with largely experienced players, whilst Warbuton would probably give it 3-4 years with players brought through the youth set up. If I had to choose, the better long term appointment would be Warburton.

I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Warburton all day long. Has the ambition and vision to take a club forward whereas Allardyce will almost certainly be looking for another lucrative contract

                          so

so on the results of this thread it looks like warbutan also it seems really strange how he gave brentford notice to quit and so have his backroom staff, surely he wouldnt have thrown away the security of a brentford job, because at the time he resigned they were pushing for the play offs

also im not sure that allardyce would leave the prem to join us

The geezer is absolutely minted from working in the City as a trader....I don't think he's worried about the money....which is another reason why he would be good for us!

Warburton over the two but in all honesty neither. Sam would be a continuation of Harry style squad building and Warburton, for me, wouldn't have the draw to bring in prem quality players. Either way i also realise that i have no experience in selecting managers and therefore my opinion is as useless as the next posters.
