I am not suggesting an old dinosaur of a manager, but someone who can recognise that he needs to make attacking changes early if tings aren't working, someone who knows that a rookie right back is not the answer in a desperate situation. Why did it take until the 85th minute to sub the ineffective SWP and even then with a rookie like Grego-Cox rather than Vargas.

QPR have 9 games to save their season, and Ramsey is not the man to do it.

Inexperienced..... you and me are inexperienced, but we both know something needed to be done a lot sooner than the 85th minute!!

look at how they almost scored a couple more after Phillips scored. Had attacking substitutions been made at half time who knows what could have happened.

Or being more realistic we would of got done on the counter and conceded more..........

But 1st of right at the start of the day I wouldve made sure that SWP wasnt even on the coach!!

Agree, not sure who we would have got in. Most good managers are in the job, we would have been ripped off with the compensation we would have to pay, as they know TF don't mind spending, and even then, if your a decent manager would you really want to take the QPR job, shite squad and looks like we're going down.

I thought we were going down before Xmas so I was already prepared for this, I don't know who we would have got in and not sure if anyone could save us.

I wouldn't of cared I left on 60 mins but I'm giving you a reason why he didn't go gun ho

bigger issues at the club than why he didn't bring on subs when 3-0 down though

woah this thread got out of hand fast i didn't think it would generate this much discussion aha!

I'm not having a go at anyone im just saying we all as football fans can be very fickle, I'd just like to see the forum a bit more together seeing as we are all QPR fans! The away end at palace was actually quite a good atmosphere to be part of because despite the shite that was on the pitch, we the fans where having a laugh and making a bit of noise even if we where just taking the ####.

I've accepted that the worst is probably about to happen and we will be relegated again but you can still enjoy the ride... I mean its a 4pm kick off sunday thats a whole extra hour to drink yourself into a fit state to witness the shi*e thats about to be served up to you!

I know theres bigger issues at the club, but whats that got to do with Ramsey's poor decision making on Saturday??.... like I said earlier we had 3 goal threats sat on the bench....
