How do both Vargas and Zarate get injured when they didn't even play against Arsenal?

Has he said they were injured then, or are they just out of favour? He clearly doesn't want to play Vargas for some reason.

In my opinion we should play Vargas up with Austin and Zarate behind them every game until the end of the season. Zamora should only be used as a last resort to batter knackered defenders (like last season).

Sandro should play every game alongside Henry too. Barton should not go straight back into the side.

yeah disinterest might be the wrong description, a better one will (even more so now they've taken a £60mill hit) be a self imposed transfer embargo/or purse strings pulled tight shut
