        Interesting twist.

        Dream manager?

        Ramseys strengths.

        Youth development

        Tactical nous

        Cheap'ish

Progressive young manager cutting his teeth with a good rep

Could be Tony's dream man? He has mentioned all these kind of things before apart from £ side of it.

              Thank the lord not Laudrup!

Ramsey until end of the season then Clement in. I would love this and think it might happen!

Very funny if people had been putting money on Sherwood at 1/10 and Laudrup at odds on.

Definitely not a market where one can trust the bookies odds.

It's all in fact a masterstroke by Tony to get Sherwood for free.... basically the deal's all but done, but he creates this uncertainty saying media got it wrong etc and Sherwoodw odds jump to 10-1, 14-1 or whatever. One of Tony's associates then lumps big money on Sherwood at high odds before he gets announced later this week.... The bumped up winnings not only cover his wages for the forseeable, but also any settlement fees..

Maybe Tony is getting some of his money back by hammering the lay market on our new manager?

I blew a lot on vodka and tonic, gambling and fags. Looking back, I think I overdid it on the tonic. - The one and only Stanley Bowles
