    Phillips

Well Done. 2 assists and showing what he is capable of doing given the chance and players in attack giving him options.

Good man. There's a very good player in him - needs a run of games and some confidence built up and I am certain we will see that player. Impressive again tonight, 2 good deliveries for the goals which I hope will do his confidence a world of good.
You should never underestimate the predictability of stupidity.

Phillips should work for Royal Mail his delivery is that good. Seriously outstanding player we do NOT want to lose (especially if we go down)
        Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
        And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

He had a great first half ran at people put them on the back foot, can only assume he picked up a knock, can't see for any other reason why he went off

Taken off only five minutes after half time suggests an injury, hopefully just a precaution as Charlie will thrive on his crosses.

His cross for Fer's goal was outstanding.

Done better tonight than hoilett has in every game added up since he got here imo.

Must be one of those mentally/emotional delicate chaps who needs a bit of TLC and constant reassurance from manager. If that's the case, fair play to CR recognising this cos Phillips was a shell of a player late last year. Be like a new signing if he finds his potential and becomes consistent.

He definitely is a confidence player but he is a good youngster we should continue to nurture.

Was written of far to quickly and unfairly imo by some on here.

Quite right Maids - they should stick to writing off the old guard like Rio and Green
