I agree, this is just his latest excuse. Good riddance as far as I am concerned.

Long overdue. Harry run out of ideas and his stubbornness against playing certain players amazes me. We may now see more of Philips, Zarate and maybe....just maybe, some young kids from the academy.

For me Harrys excuses about his knee replacement for his decision is total rubbish. Firstly why would he think of bringing in players that HE wants, just to go off for a few months and not manage them. And then be off at the end of the season. Surely he would think that if he isnt going to be there and someone else takes charge for a bit and did bad its not his fault. Someone else's problem.

Secondly......My Dad has had one knee replacement and is has been due to have the other one done for months but keeps putting it off as my Step mum is ill, anyway he can hardly walk, get up or sit down. Even before he had the first one done he was in agony. And Harry gets up and down and walks around like he has no problem with his knees and no pain.

So for me this is just all sour grapes at not being given control of ins and outs. And takes (or so he thinks) the spotlight away from the results and the way the team are playing.

How long now before we see some young players start to get game time.
