    Gareth Ainsworth

Just watched an interview with gareth on sky.
Came across very well and talked a lot of sense.
Currently doing very well at wycombe, top of the division with only 3 defeats from 25 matches.
He admitted the caretaker role with us was far too early and he wasnt ready, but said it made him want to be a manager full time.
Saved them from relegation on the final day last year,And now they are top of the division.
He must have something about him surely.
More experienced than Sherwood albiet at a lower level.
Would he come back and would you be happy if he did.

Way too early for him at this level. Would absolutely love his passion and determination though.

Shall never forget him trying to run off a broken leg.

In the same division Justin edinbrough at newport also is a highly rated young manager.
Also others that are currently doing well.
      Steve Cotterill
      Karl Robinson.
      Nigel Clough
      Aitor Karanka
      Kenny Jackett
      Mick McCarthy
      Steve Mclaren
      Eddie Howe

Cant see us looking abroad,Dont think Mr beard has the football knowledge to sound anybody decent out.
Maybe Sherwood has got the gig who knows,Whoever we bring in next its a gamble.
Harrys had time and money and been a huge faliure and he was a Name,So maybe we dont need a big name.
What we need is a good young coach who is has something to prove and who is hungry for success.
Also someone with a good eye for a player and a good knowledge of the lower leagues.
We used to buy our players like this and unearted some gems that way.
The money is being controlled it seems and we wont be throwing money about any more.
I knew Harry was going when we didnt bid for defoe this window,He wanted him badly and i applaud Tony for not funding such a ridiculous contract and wage.
If it is Sherwood then im pretty sure Adebayor will be joining on loan too.

a lot of good young managers around and in Ainsworth you have someone with a touch of blue and white hoops in his blood, just feel now isnt the time (when is?).

Exactly... would rather Gareth than Tim any day of the week.

Won't be the best man for the job but you'll get 110%.

I don't think so... think he'd tell them straight how much they get paid and to grow some balls.
