Big Jim sold us, it then went Pete tong. OK we had a bit of stability preThompson but just been one co ck up after another ever since. We haven't progressed at all IMO, infact gone backwards. Club is so unrecognisable to the well run ,know our limits team Jim had.

The problem is mate football is unrecognisable since the Jim Gregory days , its now a multi billion business and its harder for clubs the size of ours to compete at the top table , the monster that is the premier league has produced a game that means huge debt for clubs our size to compete, it was hard in Gregory's day with our ground. fan base, training facilitates to compete in the old first division , so now you can imagine just how hard its with not much changing behind the scene apart from salary's and bonuses and alike .Originally posted by Gtleighsr3 View PostBig Jim sold us, it then went Pete tong.
