Train Disruption for Sunday and Hammersmith Bridge

Dont think there`s trains between Clapham Junction and Bush , so considering driving up ,(as i`m taking the kids and not drinking ),question is ,does anyone know about parking restrictions of a Sunday and is Hammersmith Bridge open to traffic ? Cheers
