                  Ok so if Liverpool want him (rumour on not 606) then £50 mill. We'd have to factor in the big fine waiting for us from the FL, and losing him would put us a step closer, so seems decent price to me

                      Liverpool are crazy and pay whatever on cr@p. Look at the history of plyares they have signed for the last couple of years so they could be willing to pay for Austin.

                          Sell Charlie = Championship next season and free fall thereafter with FFP crippling us. Even our board aren't that daft......are they??!!
                          2011-2013, 2 seasons in the Premiership, 76 games, 14 wins........two years of my life I'll never get back!!

                          2013/2014 mediocrity topped off with a win at Wembley....

                          2014/2015 was pretty much the same as 2011-2013.....

                          2015/2016, average at best.....

                          2016/2017, same old, same old....

                          2017/2018, aim low, avoid disappointment!

                                          An FFP fine won't happen. There was a discussion about this the other week, that Latin thingy.
