Think we'll just have to agree to disagree about last seasons championship being the toughest and us having an average team last season, think we had a lot of names/well known players but ability we was a very average side... but that's just opinions!..... pre Newcastle was amazing, the best football Ive seen us play for years. Even Saturday we weren't terrible just very average and poor passing... quality wise not a lot separated the 2 teams.

If it wasn't for that excellent start last year, they would have been towards through bottom of the table, maybe done a Wolves. I have to give Harry credit there. He stopped the bleeding from the previous year right away. The first game at home was vital.

How ever you word it we was a very average team. Trying to think of any real stand out performances that lasted more than 1 game...

Anyway the point I was making is that people were saying we had no chance of promotion, even relegation was being said (funny that considering where we were in the table all season) but yet we got promoted and first time round too... And now this season with a much much better side and playing some of the best football this club has played in years (also funny how that seams of been forgotten about after ONE defeat) people talk about relegation like its happened. Just think maybe some need to have a bit of faith, take a step back and realise its not that bad. And see what football we're playing, the players we've got and maybe we might be able to get out of the relegation zone before christmas.....

Only six points between us and Liverpool in 12th currently. Still all to play for. The way a few are talking its as if we are cut adrift already! It'll be fine.

Think we have a cutting edge wlir, CA has shown he can get the goals with the right service and support. EV can get goals too but is also a good creative outlet, and we will get at least one striker in, in january , i hope.
Compare our cutting edge to others down there i think we're on a par with 6/7 other teams
