We really need to make these guys feel at home and wanted at the Rs , Vargas's energy and skill is amazing and Isla seems to have settled down, and is technically very good and seems to like Vargas playing down the right with him, 2 very good loans hopefully they'll stay for a while?

Totally agree. The Chileans and the South Korean's work rate has been infectious and so beneficial to the team. We need chants and regular appreciation so these lads stay. Be great to build a team around Thor ethos of hard work and technique.

We've got some good players in the squad right now, I hope we're clear of the bottom 3 by the end of January. I hope we can sign these two on permanent contracts.
