Why am I worried that our excellent form could curtail should Bobby pick up an injury?

No need to go crazy in January, only a striker and centre back required. Possibly also a spare RB should anything happen to the Isla, although the Chief is more than capable in this position.

We need to get rid of the deadwood first and see what we have to play with. We definitely need a to add a striker and centre back.

One or two of Hill, Dunne & Rio need to go, we don't have space for 3 old centre backs. Dunne's been doing well so I wouldn't be letting him go. Hill as good as he's been can give away clumsy free kicks and pens, it's a tough window for Harry.

I think we're 3 or 4 players short of becoming a mid table side.

Gestede is a great shout, although I can't see Blackburn letting him go cheap.

Might get shot down for this, but I think someone like Steven Fletcher could do a similar job to Bobby and chip in with the old goal or 2.

I wonder what value Blackburn would put on Gestede. He cost nowhere near the amount Rhodes did but has formed a great partnership with him.
